How to Get Your Body Measurements

• Chest Perimeter : Place a tape measure at the largest circumference of the chest. Make sure it is parallel to the floor. Raise your head and measured breathing normally.

• Waist Circumference : Place a tape measure on the navel at the smallest circumference of your waist. Raise your head and measured breathing normally.

• Head Circumference: Place a tape measure above the eyebrows. Check that is parallel to the ground.

• Hand Perimeter : Place a tape measure at the crease of the thumb. Take a ride on the back with tape.

• Length of foot : Place a piece of paper on the floor with one attached to the wall edges. Step on the paper with the heel against the wall. With a pencil, make a mark where the thumb comes. In the paper, measure the distance you have marked to the edge of the paper and compare it to our size guide for footwear.
