If your purchase did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund by returning the item(s) using the prepaid return label included in your order.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges — only refunds.
How to request a refund:
- Each order includes a return label and invoice, valid for 15 days from the delivery date.
- To schedule the return, please visit our courier’s website and enter the label number and your postal code.
- From there, you can choose a pickup time that suits you, or locate the nearest drop-off point.
Once your return is scheduled:
- The carrier will collect your package within 24–48 hours.
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all labels attached.
- Once received at our facility, your return will be processed within 72 hours.
Refund processing:
- After the return is approved, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
- If after 14 days you haven’t received the funds, please share our confirmation email with your bank to help expedite the process.
