We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Daedo.com.
If you need to return a product and request a refund, please follow the simple steps below.

Check Your Order Eligibility:

Refunds are available for products that:

  • Were purchased directly from Daedo.com.
  • Are returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging and labels intact. 
  • Are returned within 30 days of delivery. 

Submit Your Return Request:

You can easily submit your request directly from your order page for faster processing.

  • In case you don't find what you're looking for, contact our customer services team and include the following details, 
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return 
    • Reason for the return (optional but appreciated) 

Returning Your Product & Refund Process: 

Once your return request is approved: 

  • You'll receive a return shipping label by email.
  • We’ll try our best to schedule a pickup if courier collection is available in your area.
  • If pickup service is not available, please drop off your package at the nearest FedEx office using the provided label.
  • Unless the return is due to an error or defective item, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

  • We don’t process size or product exchanges automatically.
  • To get another size or item, please place a new order once your refund is complete.
