At Daedo.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you need to return a product and request a refund, please follow the steps outlined below.
1. Check Return Eligibility
You may request a return and refund for items that:
- Were purchased directly from Daedo.com
- Are in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact
- Are returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date
2. Submit Your Return Request
To simplify the process, we recommend submitting your return request directly through the order page on our website.
If you encounter any issues, you can also contact our Customer Service team by email. Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief reason for the return (optional but appreciated)

3. Return Process & Refunds
Once your return request has been approved:
- You will receive a return shipping label by email.
- If courier pickup is available in your area, we’ll help schedule collection.
- If pickup is not available, please drop off your return at the nearest FedEx location using the provided label.
- Unless the return is due to an error or a defective item, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
After the returned item has been received and inspected:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. Exchanges
We do not process automatic exchanges.
If you wish to change the size or item, we recommend placing a new order once your refund is completed.
This helps ensure that both delivery and return are handled accurately and efficiently.
