Refund & Return Policy

At Daedo.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned if they:

  • Were purchased directly from Daedo.com.
  • Are in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Are returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please submit your request directly through your order page on our website.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return (optional but appreciated).
Please do not return any items without first submitting a return request and receiving return instructions from our Customer Service team.

3. Customer-Initiated Returns

Returns due to sizing, fit preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind are considered customer-initiated returns.

In these cases:

  • Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The item must be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Returns Due to Company Error

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item.
  • A defective product.
  • An item that does not correspond to the information provided on our website.
  • An incorrectly labeled item.

In these cases, Daedo will arrange the return process and cover all associated shipping costs, including any replacement shipment where applicable.

5. Refund Processing

After the returned item has been received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds apply only to the value of the returned products. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not process automatic exchanges.

If you require a different size or product, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved and refunded.

This allows us to process both orders accurately and ensure product availability.
