This document outlines the general conditions governing the contractual relationship between the user and JAE HUN PARK LEE (hereinafter "DAEDO BARCELONA"), for the sale of products offered through our website.

This website is operated by Jae Hun Park Lee:

  • Tax ID available upon request.

These terms must be accepted electronically before any purchase is made and are made available to the CONTRACTING PARTY for reading, printing, and storage.

 

FIRST. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT

DAEDO BARCELONA undertakes to deliver the products requested through the website in exchange for the price specified at the time of purchase. By purchasing, the CONTRACTING PARTY confirms:

  • They are of legal age and legally capable of entering into contracts.
  • They have read, understood, and accepted these General Conditions.

 

SECOND. MODIFICATIONS

DAEDO BARCELONA reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in force at the time of purchase will apply.

 

THIRD. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER

3.1 Product Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address specified by the CONTRACTING PARTY. Delivery times are approximate and listed on product pages, not exceeding 15 days (national and international). In case of unavailability, the CONTRACTING PARTY will be informed and offered alternatives or cancellation with a full refund within 15 days.

3.2 Responsibility

DAEDO BARCELONA is not responsible for:

  • Internet-related issues, force majeure, or incorrect user data causing delivery issues.
  • Misuse of the service by the CONTRACTING PARTY.
  • Issues with the provided email for order confirmation.

3.3 Guarantees

  • All products comply with international safety standards.
  • Warranty is 1 year from delivery. DAEDO BARCELONA acts as intermediary in managing claims with suppliers.
  • Warranty applies to normal use; not valid for improper use or user-specific needs.
  • DAEDO BARCELONA is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or profit loss.

3.4 Right of Withdrawal

The CONTRACTING PARTY may withdraw within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. To request a return, the CONTRACTING PARTY must initiate the process from their order page on our website.

If there are any difficulties, please contact bcn@daedo.com and include the following information: the order number, the email used for the purchase, and the name of the product to be returned.

Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or unsealed items susceptible to copying.

3.5 Return Shipping Costs

DAEDO BARCELONA covers shipping costs for returning defective products within the warranty period.

FOURTH. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTY

4.1 Payment

The CONTRACTING PARTY agrees to pay in advance using one of the following methods:

  • Credit or debit card (via secure Shopify checkout)

Please note: We do not accept bank transfers or PayPal payments.

Prices include VAT (21%) for national orders except for Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international orders. For orders outside mainland Spain and the EU, the CONTRACTING PARTY is responsible for all applicable import duties, VAT, tariffs, and customs clearance fees.

4.2 Responsibility

The CONTRACTING PARTY assumes all risk once the product is delivered by the courier. They must inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours.

FIFTH. LIABILITY

DAEDO BARCELONA will not be responsible for:

  • Website communication failures
  • Damages caused by third parties

DAEDO BARCELONA reserves the right to suspend website access in case of misuse and will cooperate with authorities if necessary.

SIXTH. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK

All website content is protected by copyright. Use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without express permission. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

SEVENTH. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and E-commerce.

EIGHTH. SEVERABILITY

If any clause is declared invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in force.

Important Note on Import Taxes and Duties All international orders and those sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees, depending on the destination. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting your local customs office before placing an order.
